This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to digital products and services purchased from OBD Soft through our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All OBD Soft products are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After your payment is confirmed, you receive access to a protected product page that contains your software download link and installation guide. The access link is sent to the email address used during checkout. You can also find the access link in your account page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An account is created for you during checkout. Your account password is sent to you by email right after purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because the product is delivered digitally and can be accessed, downloaded, copied, activated, or used immediately after payment, all sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by OBD Soft under this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Digital access is normally provided immediately after successful payment. In some cases, delivery may be delayed by payment review, fraud checks, email filtering, technical issues, or incorrect customer details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Physical Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are no physical returns for digital products. You do not need to send anything back to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EU, EEA, and UK Digital Content Notice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period, you may normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, for digital content supplied immediately, you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery, download, activation, license delivery, or digital access begins, if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
