Ondersteuning bij software-installatie is een optionele installatieservice op afstand voor klanten die hulp willen bij het installeren van diagnostische software op een compatibele Windows-computer.<\/p>\n

Wat is inbegrepen:
\n\u2013 Hulp op afstand bij het installeren van software.
\n\u2013 Hulp bij de basisstappen voor de installatie aan de hand van de meegeleverde installatiehandleiding.
\n\u2013 Ondersteuning bij het installeren van stuurprogramma\u2019s voor compatibele diagnose-interfaces, voor zover mogelijk.
\n\u2013 Basisopstarttest na installatie.<\/p>\n

Vereisten:
\n\u2013 Een Windows-laptop of -pc die voldoet aan de softwarevereisten.
\n\u2013 Een stabiele internetverbinding voor ondersteuning op afstand.
\n\u2013 Beheerdersrechten op de computer.
\n\u2013 Compatibele diagnose-interface en USB-kabel, indien installatie van hardwarestuurprogramma\u2019s nodig is.<\/p>\n

Belangrijke opmerkingen:
\nDeze dienst omvat uitsluitend hulp bij de installatie. Het omvat geen autoreparaties, codering, programmering, toegang tot online accounts, garanties met betrekking tot het flashen van de ECU of reparaties aan hardware. Bij sommige oudere diagnosepakketten kan het nodig zijn om tijdens de installatie tijdelijke aanpassingen aan de antivirussoftware door te voeren; de beveiliging moet weer worden ingeschakeld zodra de installatie is voltooid.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
