What is included:
– Remote assistance with software installation.
– Help with basic setup steps from the included installation guide.
– Driver installation support for compatible diagnostic interfaces where possible.
– Basic launch test after installation.

Requirements:
– A Windows laptop or PC that meets the software requirements.
– Stable internet connection for remote support.
– Administrator access to the computer.
– Compatible diagnostic interface and USB cable if hardware driver setup is needed.

Important notes:
This service covers installation assistance only. It does not include vehicle repair, coding, programming, online account access, ECU flashing guarantees, or hardware repair. Some older diagnostic packages may require temporary antivirus adjustments during installation; protection should be enabled again after setup is complete.
