How do I receive my software after purchase?
After successful payment, you receive access to a protected page with your software download link and installation guide. The access link is sent to your email address and can also be found in your account page.
I did not receive the download email. What should I do?
Please check your spam, junk, promotions, and other email folders. You can also log in to your account page to find your product access link. If you still cannot access it, contact us at contact@obd-soft.com with your order number.
Can you help me install the software?
Yes. Basic help is available by email and through the Q&A section on the installation guide page. If you want us to install the software remotely for you, remote installation support is available as a paid service.
How does paid remote installation support work?
Remote installation support is a paid service available here: Ondersteuning bij het installeren van software. After purchase, we will contact you by email to agree an installation time. You must provide access to your PC using TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Please make sure your internet connection is stable and you have administrator access to your Windows computer.
What information should I send when asking for help?
Please include your order number, product name, Windows version, diagnostic interface or hardware model, and a screenshot or exact error message. This helps us solve the issue faster.
Will the software work on every computer?
No software can be guaranteed to work on every computer. Compatibility depends on your Windows version, drivers, antivirus settings, computer condition, hardware interface, and the product requirements. Please read the product description and system requirements before purchase.
Why does my antivirus block or delete files?
Some diagnostic software, drivers, activators, patch tools, or older installation files may be flagged by antivirus software. This can prevent installation or remove required files. Follow the installation guide carefully and contact us if you are unsure.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital and access is provided immediately after payment, refunds are limited. Once the download page, access link, account, guide, license, or support has been provided, sales are generally final except where required by law or approved under our Shipping and Returns Policy.
Can I share, resell, or upload the software?
No. Purchased products, download links, access pages, passwords, guides, files, and license details are for your own use only. Sharing, reselling, uploading, copying, or redistributing them is not allowed.
